Job description:
1.Responsible for Developing Sales to channels ON TRADE, ESPECIALLY for Developing new new Clients.
Responsible for developing sales channels of commercial customers, especially new customers.
2.Take care of the existing customers and further develop more sales with hotels and restaurants, to have a close follow up with IHG, Shangri-la, Hilton and Starwood Hotels.
Responsible for maintaining existing customers and striving to expand wine sales including restaurants and hotels , And actively follow up and maintain cooperation with InterContinental Hotels, Shangri-La, Hilton and Starwood hotels.
3.Manage payment collection of alliences stocks efficiently.
Responsible for all customers.
4.Asks and coordinate in winery visits and marketing promotions.
Assist and arrange the corresponding winery visit plan and marketing activities.
5.Lead sales team to develop wine sales in accordance with our national development plan and the company procedures and policy. According to the company's national development plan and company policy to lead the team to expand wine sales.
6.Give necessary instructions to your team members to reach the sales target. Provide team members with the necessary guidance to complete the sales target.
7.A team player in between different department of the company. And other departments of the company have team spirit.
8. Report directly to the vice president of sales.
Job Requirements:
1.Male, above bachelor degree.

2. At least three years of working experience in the relevant
field.
3.Has a good customer database.
4.With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player; outgoing, easy to get along, with team spirit.
5.Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
have vitality and motivated, able to bear some work pressure.
Good English listening is a good and good knowledge of wine and wine.
