Exclusive Foods started operations in Hong Kong as a premium importer and distributor of frozen tall grade desserts from France. The company experienced a rapid grow and acceptance that the product lines were expanded to desserts preparations, canapés, bread layers, cocktails bread, muffins and IQF frozen fine herbs.
Currently we are proud to supply top quality foodstuff to the main Hotels, Caterers, Renowned Leisure Parks, Supermarket chains and Restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
To cope with our rapid growth, we are i *** iting high calibers to apply for the following position:
Sales and Marketing Duties:
- Taking implementation of the current customer base and creating a new customer portfolio To build strong relations with current and potential key accounts by sales visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
-To support on the creation of sales plans and
budgeting -To guarantee effective sales follow forward considering as well forecast, new orders placements and i ***
entory -To create pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand for new products
Market Intelligence Information of the collect -to Consumer Trends and behavior, AS AS Monitor Well the Competitors' Activities to Improve Profitability and marketability.
The -plan TRADE WITHIN Activities The GIVEN Budget and Resources to Maintain Business Exposure.
Requirements:
-3-5 years Solid preference Experience Sales in the food & beverage or Hospitality industry
-Track record of experience in selling food / wine & spirits, especially to hotels, clubs and western restaurant chains are preferred;
-Well organized, self-motivated, positive, service-oriented, customer-focused and multitask;
-Dynamic, able to work under pressure;
-Excellent influencing, good team player with strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation and communication skills;
-Combicient in both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
-Exbellent customer-service attitude
-Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with cooper without without supervision-
global mindset; thinking and acting both local and global needs - familiar with western lifestyle is an advantage;
-Degree holder, or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Retail Management or related disciplines;
-Regular travels in South China region
-Less experience or academic may be considered as Sales Executive.
