Financial Accounting Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Main responsibilities: 

1. Execute and manage all wine suppliers to 
pay the implementation and contact of accounts payable 2. Review the integrity and legitimacy of the original invoice, whether the audit fees are in line with the company's authorization approval system; 
3. Make the monthly account balance adjustment table; 
4. Registration of financial systems and audits; 
5. To advance and apportion costs as required. 

Job requirements: 

1. Finance, accounting or economics graduate; 
2. There are accounting posts; 
3. 2 years or so relevant work experience; 
4. Skilled in English reading and writing skills, 6-8; 
5. Good interpersonal relationships Ability and team spirit; 
6. able to work independently and under pressure. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

1. Manage all accounts payable with global wine suppliers 
2. Check the legality of invoices, claim expense against approval regulations, and confirm authorization; 
3. Conduct monthly reconciliation for all payments; 
4. Log all relevant entries in accounting system; 
5. Accrue / Allocate expenses base on requirement. 

Requirements:

University Degree Finance in 1., Accounting or Economics; 
2. Holds AN accounting Certificate; 
3. 2 years Minimum Working in preference Experience A Role Similar; 
4. Good Spoken and written Dictionary Dictionary English Communication Skills, Level. 6 -. 8; 
5. The interpersonal Skills Good and a team player; 
6. Able to work independently and under pressure.
