THE POSITION: 
A Management Challenge 
* at The Opportunity to the Take A Small Manufacturing Company Forward from Start Up to Production's. 
* Answers Directly to at The President is / Owner and Manages at The Company in His-Absence. 
* Coordinates, Maintains, and IS Responsible for all levels of our ISO QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. 
* Implements the SYSTEM based on LEAN practice principles including 5S. 
* Speaks and acts for the President at all times. 

THE COMPANY: 
We are a small Canadian manufacturer of Wine Accessory & Storage Products. 
* Cooling Systems 
* Temperature Controlled Wine Cabinets 
* Other products directly related to the storage of Wine.
Presently, we are in the final stages of pre-production planning before before our product lines at the beginning of 2018. 
Planning to expand our base international 
In business since 1978 
We anticipate a staff of about 25 people for the first (2018) year of operation. 

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND 
* The next candidate will be experienced with all side of the LEAN MANUFACTURING. 
* Applicants should have a history of management success and preferably a background in Plastics manufacturing. 
* A minimum of 5 years of direct supervisory experience would be expected. 

EDUCATION: 

• Bachelor Degree from an 国 recognized university or equivalent relevant experience.
• Directly in Areas Related to Specialized Manufacturing: Engineering, Automation, the Operations, Supply's Chain, IT, etc. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: 

• Must have have A High Level of Oral Fluency in both-ENGLISH and CHINESE Minimum Level CET6. 

LOCATION: 

• Qingpu, on Shanghai 

SALARY: 

• 150,000 + 
• Negotiable, based on qualifications.
