DUTIES
Complete responsibility for directing training supervising, planning, coordinating, of all areas within the culinary department; Ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Company at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Has worked in 5-star international hotel in similar capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to speak and write English fluently
