Qualifications:
1. Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches;
2. Strong oral and written communication skills;
3. Ability to communicate at all levels;
4. Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)；
5. Language skills: English and Mandarin Chinese.
