Job Descriptions:

* Work closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests

* Constantly Interacts with guests, exposing them to our wine experience

* Maintain current and accurate wine information on the wine lists and e-wine lists, include vintage changes, availability, etc

* Update and maintain POS system up-to-date

* Manage wine cellar arrangement and maintain its tidiness

* Oversees the server wine training programs

 

Job Requirements:

* At least 2 years of wine service related experience in a 5-star hotel.

* High School certificate or above, Diploma in F&B management

* Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

* Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office Applications

* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
