Job Description

*Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market that ensures attainment of company sales budget and profitability.
*Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales team.
*Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
*Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets for the different channels (On trade, B2C,
*Work with team to Provides accurate and competitive offers & service to customers while striving to maintain maximum profit
*Assists sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations to customers.
*Maintains contact with key clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
*Assists in the development and implementation of marketing and brand plans as needed.
*Work with Brand, Marketing, Fine wines team on marketing strategy, promotion and brand awareness.
*Coordinate with regional team to maximize the use of allocated wines (Priority customers)
*Participate in Visitor Schedule for the regions especially when promotional events or activities are scheduled.
*Conducts quarterly one-on-one review with all regional sales team to build more effective communications, to understand
training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of regional sales and activity performance.
*Provides monthly feedback to senior management regarding performance.
*Maintains accurate records of all sales, promotion and activity reports submitted by regional sales team.
*Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
*Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and
implemented within the team.
*Provides accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving
to maintain maximum profit margin.
*Take up projects assigned by Greater China Sales director and CEO, Compilation of necessary report required by Head

The Successful Applicant

*Insures that all sales team members meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations,
proposals and closes.
*Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
*Sets examples for sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
*Conducts regular coaching and counseling with sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
*Cooperate with logistic department to ensure proper inventory management (stock for promotion, special deal, By the glass) ,
support Customer service center to ensure customer satisfaction : Delivery on time, after sales services.
*Cooperate with Finance department to ensure cash flow planning (major order, customer sponsorship), coordinate with sales
team and customer to ensure the A/R collection.
