At present, Jebsen Beverage China recruits the following positions for the society:

• Marketing Executive (experienced person can serve as Senior Marketing Executive)
• Location: Beijing Office

Job overview:

 Overall Objective:

 Assist in executing brand-marketing and trade marketing activities for the Jebsen Fine Win for the north region cities. (primarily Beijing, Dalian, Shenyang, Qingdao and Ji'***)

Responsibilities:

• Brand Marketing:

1. Assist in organizing wine events (principal visits, consumer wine dinners, master-class, media-interview etc.)
2. Be the translator/host in wine events when necessary
3. Support in digital media execution

• Trade Marketing:

1. Assist in organzing trade events, trade conference, trade show, promotion at retail outlets
2. Be the translator/host in events when necessary
3. Assist in the development and production of sales/marketing materials to trade people

• Marketing Administrative Duties

1. Handle A&P spending records and other administrations
2. Handle POSM inventory (receipts and deliveries)
3. Handle and monitor stock transfer
4. Complie monthly report on A&P spending
5. Complie monthly and also ad-hoc reports on depletion and inventory

• Market Intelligence:

1. To collect and complie marketing intelligence (for both online and offline) for the region and submit to Shanghai

Basic requirements :

1. University with at least 2 years of marketing related work experience in FMCG companies
2. Fluency in both Chinese and English
3. Ideally WSET 2 Level or above
4. Good presentation skills
5. Self-initiated, numerical and attention to details.
