Job overview:
Overall Objective:
Assist in executing brand-marketing and trade marketing activities for the Jebsen Fine Win for the north region cities. (primarily Beijing, Dalian, Shenyang, Qingdao and Ji'***)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing wine events (principal visits, consumer wine dinners, master-class, media-interview etc.)
- Be the translator/host in wine events when necessary
- Support in digital media execution
- Assist in organzing trade events, trade conference, trade show, promotion at retail outlets
- Be the translator/host in events when necessary
- Assist in the development and production of sales/marketing materials to trade people
- Marketing Administrative Duties
- Handle A&P spending records and other administrations
- Handle POSM inventory (receipts and deliveries)
- Handle and monitor stock transfer
- Complie monthly report on A&P spending
- Complie monthly and also ad-hoc reports on depletion and inventory
- To collect and complie marketing intelligence (for both online and offline) for the region and submit to Shanghai
Basic requirements :
- University with at least 2 years of marketing related work experience in FMCG companies
- Fluency in both Chinese and English
- Ideally WSET 2 Level or above
- Good presentation skills
- Self-initiated, numerical and attention to details.
