Reports to: Finance Manager/财务经理
Job purpose: Organize accounting vouchers; Issue and record fapiao; sales collection counting 整理和归档凭证；开具发票；店铺收款对帐
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities/主要责任和义务
– Organize accounting vouchers: put together of fapiao, bank slip and request and accounting voucher;
整理和归档记账凭证、原始凭证、发票和其他财务文件等；
– Record Fapiao and send express to customers; 更新发票开具记录，并通过快递递送到客户收票地址;
– Store collection reconciliation; 自营店铺的销售收款核对;
– Other tasks assigned by supervisor; 主管分配的其他工作。
Qualifications
– Available 4 days a week and 3 months at least; 每周保证有4天可以来公司,且至少连续3个月；
– Detail focused; 细致认真，不敷衍
– Pleasant personality; 个性好
– Major in Finance/Accounting/Taxation experience and good English will be preferred 财务/税务相关专业和英文水平好者优先
