Sales Supervisor/Representative (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

1. Target at on-trade/HORECA channel such as hotels, restaurants, bars and private clubs, to develop business and achieve target.

Responsible for the development of catering channel customers such as hotels, restaurants, bars and private clubs to obtain sales and achieve performance targets.

2. Maintain the relationship with existed customers, and dig business potential deeper to grow Summergate's market share.

Maintain existing customer relationships, dig deeper customer potential, and increase the market share of Mei Xia Company.

3. To do market research to open new accounts, to expand the business by hard work and close follow up.

Analyze market conditions, develop new customers, and expand business through continuous follow-up and development.

4. Coordinate with marketing department and uses promotions to increase the sales volume.

Work closely with marketing departments to increase sales using promotions.

5. Collect the market information of competitors and propose ideas on sales strategy.

Gather competitor data and propose countermeasures against sales strategies.

6. Manage payment terms and receivables.

Manage accounts receivable.

7. Use Summergate's marketing events such as wine dinner, wine tasting and training to present products to customers and close deals.

Utilizing Meisha's marketing activities such as wine dinners, wine tastings and wine training, customers are presented with the company’s products and images and orders.

Job Requirements:

1. College graduated or above, and oversea experience is a plus.

College degree or above, overseas experience is better.

2. Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG or hotel Industry is preferred.

Welcomed the sales experience of food and beverage, fast moving consumer goods, hotels and other related industries.

3. Must speak fluent English, and also good at English with paper work.

Must be fluent and proficient in English, and good at English texts.

4. Knowledge and experience in wine is preferred, while talented sales professionals are also welcomed even without wine experience.

Wine industry professionals are welcome and talented professional sales professionals are welcome. No wine industry experience is also available.

5. Aggressive, western minded, outgoing, knowledge of western culture, professional appearance, good corporate image.

Has pioneering spirit, self-confidence, Western thinking, outgoing personality, understanding of Western etiquette culture, and image career.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets for on-trade customers while maximizing profitability by managing accounts through the entire sales process.

2.Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts and better penetrating existing accounts.

3.To proactively develop distribution of Summergate's brands across your assigned sales territory for the on-trade channel.

4.To implement trade marketing programs, in particular wine-of-the-month promotions.

5.To provide various sales and distribution reports and analyses about your accounts, and providing relevant market and competitor information back to senior management.

6.Conducting wine trainings with trade customers when necessary

7.Other tasks assigned by Channel Manager

Requirement

Knowledge & Skills:

1.FMCG experience is a bonus;

2.Have related knowledge and experience in wine

Experience:

At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, ideally as a sales person for a food or beverage.

Education: Bachelor

Language Skills: English

Work Environment: Can work under pressure
