DUTIES

 

Job Summary:                       

职责概要：

Assist in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division. He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure satisfaction

协助确保餐饮部指定部门的顺利运营，使利润最大化，保持食品/酒水/服务的质量，确保令客人喜出望外。

Key Areas:

主要职责：

• General Knowledge 一般知识
• Fire and Life Safety 消防安全
• Hygiene and Food Safety 卫生和食品安全
• Operations 运营管理
• Staffing / Training 员工管理/培训

REQUIREMENTS 

• Good Attitude 具有良好工作态度
• Good health and neat appearance 拥有良好的健康状态及干净整齐的仪表
• Fluent oral and understand both in Mandarin & English 拥有流利的口语及中文英文的沟通能力
• Minimum 2 years’  experience in an international class hotel 在国际酒店有至少2年的相关工作经验
• Team work 具有团队合作的精神
