1. Focus on customer service, actively greet guests and provide professional services for guests.
- Greeting guests warmly, answering questions and providing assistance to guests in a professional manner.
2. To provide guests with professional wine brands and winery introduction. Guide and assist members and visitors in wine purchasing.
-Provide professional concept of brand displays and wineries information of wines to guests. Aid members and visitors in the purchase of wines.
3. Provide professional bartender services for guests. Prepare the necessary food utensils and clean them in time, including: paper towels, cutlery and wine glasses. Keep tabletops and counters clean. Guaranteed availability of snacks in the service area.
-Offer professional wine waiter service to guests. Prepare all catering utensils and clean in a timely manner for guest use: including setting up items such as paper towel, silverware, and glassware. Maintain Clean of tables and counters. Stock service areas with supplies of Snacks.
4. According to company policy, consumer settlement.
-Ensure accurate billing in accordance with company procedures and policies.
5. Ensure the hygiene and safety of the goods, clean the shops and warehouses daily, keep abreast of the inventory, and participate in the management of inventory.
