Wine shop manager (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Responsibility:

  1. Focus on customer service, actively greet guests and provide professional services for guests. 
  2. To provide guests with professional wine brands and winery introduction. Guide and assist members and visitors in wine purchasing. 
  3. Provide professional bartender services for guests. Prepare the necessary food utensils and clean them in time, including: paper towels, cutlery and wine glasses. Keep tabletops and counters clean. Guaranteed availability of snacks in the service area. 
  4. Ensure accurate billing in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  5. Ensure the hygiene and safety of the goods, clean the shops and warehouses daily, keep abreast of the inventory, and participate in the management of inventory.
  6. Fully understand the facilities in the store, skilled use and clean the split cup machine on time. 
  7. Skilled use of MS Office software and new media social tools to complete the required work.
  8. Other tasks that the manager arranges.
