Assistant Trade Marketing Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Principal Accountabilities:


1. Assist the direct manager to be responsible for the development and development of the OFF channel in the west area , and focus on the collection, planning, execution and feedback of the market activity information of the prestige ON&OFF channel in Hubei and Henan
2.    Connect with the brand department of the headquarters and be responsible for communicating with relevant major brands Feedback related to the market activity information of the Western District, familiar with the local market demand and obtain resources from the brand department for the region in a reasonable and compliant manner
3.    Actively participate in the collaboration of various departments within the region. Understand the market conditions, business opportunities and competition threats of the responsible regions and channels. Cooperate with the sales team to understand the market strategies of each region, and coordinate with the direct managers to formulate regional quarterly and annual major market activity plans and regularly communicate with the sales team for review
4. Actively cooperate and invest in the implementation of key regional OFF channels to fully mobilize resources and influence Relevant departments promote the progress of the project and give constructive opinions to ensure the completion of the project.
5.    Establish a good cooperation model with local brand ambassadors and fully mobilize brand ambassador resources to serve the regional market development.
6.    Reasonably control activity costs and wine gift resources, Strictly follow the company's process, make timely confirmation of fees or resource applications and follow up the follow-up activity summary report and follow-up payment
7.    Market visits and monthly reports. Tier 2 cities visit once a month on average, and Tier 3-4 cities visit once a quarter on average. Submit feedback on the implementation of various activities of the previous month and information on competitors’ activities before the 15th of each month. Work weekly report every Monday 
8.    Information feedback and exchange. Maintain active communication with direct managers and main window docking personnel, handle work matters in a timely manner and give feedback, and hold regular meetings with department managers and sales departments once a week. Timely feedback needs to solve problems, and do a good job of inter-departmental communication. 


1.    Have a certain foundation of professional knowledge of foreign wines, and have more than 5 years of work experience in related industries of foreign companies' channel marketing
2.    Have active work initiative and full of work passion. Be able to work and think creatively and predictively
3.    Have strong communication and understanding skills. Have a strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
4.    Clear mind, data analysis ability, work organized. Familiar with office software.
5.    Fluent in Chinese and English reading and writing skills 
6.    Do not exclude entertainment and cocktail parties. Can accept more frequent business trip work arrangements
