Assistant Trade Marketing Manager - Wholesaler South (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

This role is responsible for the
1. Execution and management of trade marketing activity for Regional wholesaler channel
2. Cooperating and helping with the regional sales team to archive the sales depletion target
3. Coordinate sales, Branding and logistics department to ensure POSM deliver qualified and on time. Allocate regional POSM and other activation resource to improve the sales volume.
4. Collection of regional sales and activation data, and basically data analysis.
5. Takes the core brand activity and then makes it work across wholesaler customers
6. Developing the go to market strategy and clear picture of success for sales execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES.
• Manage and execute ‘in full & on time, with excellence’ (IFOTWE) the BTL elements of all key brand programs in region.
• Regional budget management and continuous tracking of $A&P Spending.
• Closely work with wholesale channel sales and build strong relationships with regional wholesale key contacts to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing activities.
• Leading communication and engagement with regional sales team for key portfolio initiatives, develop key selling stories for brands.
• Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers, to drive successful channel activities, to achieve best results
• In charge of channel A&P spending track, PO creation and consolidation, samples/POSM application and delivery
• Excellent time management required to overcome day to day operational challenges and demand from marketing/sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Qualification
• Business Degree, with a marketing major preferred
Experience, Competencies & Skills:
        FMCG solid trade marketing experience 2+ years, experience in multi-channel will be better
• FMCG sales experience will be beneficial
• Strong project management & planning skills
• Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow
• Highly motivated & proactive
• Ability to deal with ambiguity/priorities and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS excel, word and PowerPoint
