Job Description:
> Assist Marketing Manager to do the brand strategy planning and focus on Brand development including new innovation and product positioning development.
> Design Off-trade (both modern and traditional)/ e-commerce / Institutional strategy and manage execution.
> Design and execute digital communication activation.
> Authors campaign summary/analysis.
> Budget control and monitoring.
> Coordination with external (PR / Digital / Media / BTL / partner etc) and internal resource (Trade Marketing / Sales / Finance).
> Key Project
> Brand Communication strategy development. > E-commerce project.
> Eco system design and implementation.
> A&P management.
> Partnership & sponsorship.
> Other short term multi-function project.
Profile:
> University graduate or above, major in Business/Marketing.
> Excellent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.
> Minimum 5 years product management experience with an international luxury/consumer goods company.
> Strong marketing sense and well understanding on Chinese Millennials.
> Solid brand marketing knowledges / experiences. > Well understanding and experience of social /digital marketing & communication.
> Good in planning & figures.
> Good communication & presentation skills. > Good wine knowledge.
> Good PC skill.
> Objective and result oriented.
> Priority setting and follow up.
> Time management.
> Strong commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding.
> Creative and strategic thinking as well as logical analytical skills.
