职责描述

Reporting into the Sr. FP&A Manager, leading 2 persons but also work individually, you will be wholly responsible for your business unit, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review packages;
  • Analyze historical business performance by identifying key drivers, quantifying the impact and advising solutions;
  • Elaborate /present business financial results and performance drivers to business unit management team clearly and concisely;
  • Assist in tactical and strategic decisions by providing insights from financial perspective;
  • Prepare financial forecast. Challenge business assumptions and ensure the reasonability of the forecast.

理想的求职者

  • 5 years + analysis experience working in an MNC environment
  • Retail background would be ideal though not absolutely necessary
  • Relevant degree and background in Finance & Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills Good English Skills
