Key Account Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

A rapidly growing internationally owned packaging company are looking for a dynamic person to join their key account management team. The role is based in Guangzhou and you would be looking after major overseas wine & spirit customers and all their premium packaging requirements.

The role would involve all aspects of customer service and business development for these accounts and working closely with our Sales Manager. The candidate needs to be fluent in written and spoken English and has ideally spent some time outside of China so they are able to understand the culture of our clients and their customers in major overseas markets.

The job role includes:

• Building & maintaining a strong customer relationship with our key overseas accounts.
• Handling / understanding the details of all existing and new projects, recommending solutions & liaising with other team members to ensure the client receives the right packaging solutions.
• Co-ordinating all communication to the client including pricing, invoices, payment details / tracking & logistic organization. We have an internal finance and logistic team.
• Monitoring client productions to ensure these are on schedule and correct with our in-house production and QC team.
• Working with our sales manager and AM team supervisor to continue to grow the business and develop new clients and markets.
• Meet with clients during China visits and attend factory site visits.

Excellent spoken & written English is essential and mandarin would be advantageous but not required. Ability to solve problems, work under pressure and be detail orientated are key for this position. Candidates must have at least 1~2 years’ experience within a similar role for an international company.
