Description
The purpose of this job role is to drive compression and electronics business by developing and managing wholesalers and OEMs in East China.
Responsibilities
- Develop and managing wholesalers and OEMs in East China
- Set annual sales target with wholesalers and OEMs and drive the accomplishment
- Lead the wholesalers and OEMs development plan to gain sustainable growth including wholesalers channel development, OEMs product development, channel service capability enhancement, etc.
- Drive new product and emerging application penetration plan through targeted wholesalers and OEMs
- Provide monthly rolling forecast with good accuracy to ensure the product manufacturing and delivery schedule
- Work with plant to manage the inventory
- Keep alignment with internal teams to provide prompt support to wholesalers and OEMs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in HVAC major
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of refrigeration system and channel management, solid technical background is preferable.
- Good team management skill with market insights
- Be positive and collaborative in team work
- Good command of English
