Job Description:

Trade Marketing Strategy and Channel Development 
1.    To take initiative, plan and implement activation in region in line with brand strategy:
-    focusing on Mac On channel (Small Trendy Bar & Family KTV ) and Modern off Trade development and penetration. Work closely with customer marketing team and regional sales team to deliver creative solutions, develop channel activation mechanism, select outlets for implementation and execute regional trade activities so as to meet specific market needs
-    develop and implement regional trade activities in prestige-on channel (Night club & KTV). To partner local sales team on optimizing channel management of the brands within the regional strategy 
2.    Responsible for ensuring the key brand visibility items within respective territory
3.    Project budget control and management in line with expectations
4.    Develop regular TMKT reports and build up strong relationship with key trade partners and gather market intelligence 


Execution of HQ Activation Team Activities
1.  Qualified outlet/city plan for each activation to fit channel strategy and brand strategy. Well delivery and communication between trade and brand to ensure realize the brand & channel strategy.
2.  Effective communication between trade and brand and immediate feedback/action to leverage both needs. Work closely with activation team to ensure all the project on the right track.
3.  Supervise event agency on pre-communication of all activations with trade/outlet to ensure well implementation and support to trade.
4.  Strictly follow brand guideline and channel strategy guideline for effective investment.  
1.    Bachelor degree with more than 5 years sales & trade marketing working experiences in FMCG industry. Experience in beer & spirit company or on-trade channel is a plus.
2.    Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Good at building mutual trust and relationship with different kind of stakeholders.
3.    Good leadership skill, self-driving and strong sense of responsibilities. 
4.    Good command of computer & English skills, willing to travel.
