E-Commerce Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Major Goal:

To provide overall business planning including sales, promotion, operation for the assigned channel with highest level of professional service so as to achieve sales target

Job Responsibility:

• Business Development and Sales Online
• Manage the accounts and build good relationship with ecommerce partner of company.
• Deliver sales target, and obtain fair market share for online channel.
• Maintain clients relationship and communication & enhance sales online
• Be responsible for the business and management of the daily reversion of the shop, the shelves, the promotion, sales, and after service.
• Be responsible for wine selection for online channel
• Manage company Wechat Account and Wmall account.
• Work together with each account with promotion planning and provide the effective solutions to increase market competitiveness.
• Marketing Development Online
• Be responsible for communication among offices and markets
• Be responsible for implementing and coordinating the related marketing activities of the company and planning the shop promotion program.
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the shop, ensuring the normal operation of the shop, optimizing the shop and commodity ranking, and responsible for the final performance.
• Ensure execution excellence of marketing activities, and monitor the performance facilitate the customer complaints handling process.
• Provide reporting and analysis on E- Commerce market data and trend.

Qualification required:

• 4-6 years FMCG sales and marketing experience, headquarter experience is preferred
• University degree majored in Marketing/e-Commerce/Computer Science, or related area
• Great enthusiasm for self-study in electronic commerce, familiar with the Internet.
• Language Skills：Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)
• Familiar with various operating rules such as online shop operation, and have strong planning and organizational ability for online shop promotion.
• Can handle member relationship management.
• Strong communication ability, result oriented, active, motivated, and team cooperation.
