Sales Operation Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Management:

• Manage all sales assistants and coordinate with various departments
• Make sales assistants work plan
• Develop Sales Assistant Work Plan
• Arrange regular training for sales assistant
• Regular meeting with sales team and finance team every week

Pre-sales support sales support:

• Support sales on proposal and quotation follow up with customers
• Coordinate and follow up with sales person on sales information and contract template

Sales Order operation sales order operation:

• Handling sales order and update master file in SAP
• Create sales order per sales person and sales information

Delivery Note operation Delivery Order Operation:

• Create delivery note per sales order
• Print delivery with approval

Coordinate with sales and logistic Internal communication and coordination of sales and logistics:

• Collect and sort all delivery notes per urgent or special cases
• Coordinate with sales for sales order and customer issues
• Coordinate with logistic for driver delivery or 3PL
• 就交货事宜与物流部或司机沟通协调

AR follows up应收账款跟进:

• Check account statements, prepare for invoice per customers and follow up
• 检查账款，根据客户需要准备发票并做相应跟进
• Fill invoice application form to finance dept. and express invoice to customers
• 填写发票申请单至财务部开具客户发票并快递给客户
• Contact and follow up with customers for payment issues
• 联系客户并跟进付款事宜

Documentation support文案支持:

• Support sales person on related documentations design and print (wine list, tent card, tasting note…)
• 支持销售人员就相关的文案设计和打印（酒单、台卡、品酒词）
• Support sales person on sales data analysis (export sales data in SAP and integrate sales data)
• 支持销售人员就销售数据分析（系统中导出相关数据并做相应分析）

任职要求：

• Associate degree and above
• 专科及以上
• Over 2 years in sales assistant or GM assistant work experience or management coordination work
• 2年以上相关销售助理/总经理助理工作经验或管理协调工作
• Good at English reading and writing
• 具备良好的英文沟通能力
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• 仔细认真，能够承受一定的工作压力
• Team spirit, capable of dealing with urgent problems
• 有团队意识，有处理紧急问题的能力
