Key Areas of Responsibility: 关键职责:
Sales Achievement:
- Consistently achieve or exceed the monthly sales target and assigned KPIs, as directed by Boutique Manager - Maximize sales potential by ensuring that each client encounter at Boutique and Salon
- is exceptional, from greeting/acknowledging every individual; by maintaining outstanding standards of storytelling; by demonstrating solid brand/product/service knowledge - before, during and after sales
- Adapt sales approach at Boutique and Salon according to individual client needs and motivations, in order to upsell
- Negotiate and handle objections/difficulties/demands with finesse in order to ensure the closing of a sale/upsell
- Command the respect of Clients by being on top of HNWI trends and industry/competitors news, in order to lead client to discover dormant purchasing needs
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop new Clients and cultivate existing relationships through exceptional service/CRM
- Collaborate with Boutique Manager and Tasting Officers to develop and implement plans to support/participate with on/off-premise events and activities
- Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing Brand tools
- Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management Boutique Operations and Staff Management:
- Comply strictly with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure exceptional standards for cleanliness/hygiene, tidiness/order and safety/security
- According to SOP, to manage and monitor accurate order-taking, goods/service presentation/packing, cash/credit transactions, record-keeping and data input
- Assist boutique manager to arrange, monitor and manage including but not limited to set-up/breakdown; repairs/maintenance ; merchandizing/display; stock/inventory count; audits, special events, new pricing, new displays and any other Boutique-related matters
- According to boutique manager's plan and requirement to assign staff duty and staff duty coaching, inspiring staff working enthusiasm
- Coaching and supervise staff's brand knowledge, grooming, work performance, reporting to boutique manager with improvement suggestion.
- According to brand service standard, coaching and supervise sales associate could offer thoughtful and wonderful shopping experience to all clients.
- Assist boutique manager on duty roster and attendance. Standing-in for absent colleagues when required Sales
Management and Report:
- Assist boutique manager on client associate sales target setting and achievement.
- Assist boutique manager on coaching and supervise client associate with client data collection and CRM management.
- Understand the market dynamic with competitive and luxury brand information
- Assist boutique manager on emergency including client complaint. Assisting on client associate sales. Professional Conduct, Social Etiquette & Grooming:
- Engage with Clients, colleagues and all third parties with the grace and manner that reflects the high personal quality of a luxury brand
- Conduct & groom self in a manner that reflects the high personal quality of a luxury brand
- Observe punctuality, rules & regulations and political correctness

- 协助店经理和品鉴官,以提升客户回店率和关系维护为目标,开发客户维护和客人体验的活动
- 持续准确的收集客户资料
- 运用适当的方式和技巧处理客户疑问并及时汇报 店铺运营及管理:
- 严格执行标准运营流程,确保店铺和沙龙整洁、设备、安全性等维持高标准运营
- 根据标准运营流程安排和监督货品、陈列、包装品、钱物、文件等数量、状态和记录清晰完整
- 协助店铺经理,安排、监督和管理店铺设备、维修、陈列、库存,配合管理审计、活动、价格等等与店铺有关的事项
- 按照店铺经理的计划和要求,负责分派工作任务,对员工进行工作辅导,激发员工工作热情和积极性
- 指导和督促员工,确保具备完整的品牌知识,仪容仪表,工作业绩和表现,向店铺经理汇报,并提供提高和改善建议
- 根据服务准则,指导和督促销售顾问给予客人周到和美好的购物体验
- 协助店铺经理管理店铺班次和出勤,需要时替代缺席同事
销售管理及汇报:
- 协助店铺经理制定销售顾问销售目标,在销售过程中协助其他成员达成目标
- 协助店铺经理指导和监督销售顾问客户资料的收集和管理,客户关系维护
- 了解市场动态,竞争品牌及奢侈品牌信息 - 协助店铺经理处理店内突发事件包括投诉,协助销售顾问的销售工作 专业态度,社交礼仪和形象:
- 与客人、同事和任何第三方人员,展现自己专业的个人素养和举止,调整仪容仪表和工作态度以适应路易十三之家风格
- 展现和调整仪容仪表、工作态度和举止,以达到奢侈品品牌要求,适应店铺需要的不同节奏
- 遵守时间,遵守法律法规和正确的政治观

- Fluent Mandarin in listening, writing and oral良好的中文沟通技巧

Professional Experience 专业经历:
- Minimum 2-years of assisting store management experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail industry in Food & Beverage or Wine & Spirits industry最少2年在奢侈品零售店铺,餐饮或者酒相关辅助管理工作经验
- General knowledge of alcohol and Cognac了解基本的酒类知识 Core Competencies 核心胜任力:
- Well-groomed with international exposure仪容整洁,符合公司标准
- Passion in retail and good sense in luxury lifestyle对奢侈品零售充满热情
- Outstanding sales consciousness销售意识出色
- Proven solid coaching ability具备一定指导能力
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, service, oriented with good communication skills and luxury service skills具备团队合作精神,有良好的奢侈品服务和沟通技巧
- MS Office experience required 擅长使用办公软件
