Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing wine lists, managing and training staff in servingwine and mixology.
• Strive to achieve the established goals of the restaurant, and pay attention to theresearch of market strategy.
• Ensure to serve with the highest standards of cus tomer service.
• Responsible for the daily operation of the wine warehouse to ensure the balance of supplyand marketing.
• Reduce the attrition rate as much as possible to get more profit.
• Responsible for assisting guests in wine selection.
• Think positively and strive to improve our service, in order to give our guests a more perfect dining experience.
• Develop new ideas to increase revenue,profitability and improve service quality.
• Regularly train staff on beverage knowledge.
• Perform such other reasonable duties as may be requested by superior from time to
• time.

Job Requirements:

• Good team player and able to work under pressure.
• Seri ous , Confident,Takes Initiative , Customer-oriented.Interested in F&B . 
• Strive hard to achieve the established goals of the restaurant, and pay attention to the research of market strategy. 
• To ensure the highest standard of service to customers. 
• Responsible for the daily operation of the wine warehouse to ensure the balance of supply and marketing. 
• Reduce the attrition rate as much as possible, so that we can get more profits. 
• Responsible for assisting guests with wine selection.

• Regularly train employees on alcohol-related knowledge.
• Perform such other duties as may be reasonably required by superior supervisors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Good team spirit, able to work under pressure.
• Serious and confident, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Interested in working in the service industry.
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• English proficiency is preferred.
