Job Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing wine lists,managing and training staff in serving
wine and mixology.
Strive to achieve the established goals of the restaurant,and pay attention to the
research of market strategy.
Ensure to serve with the highest standards of customer service.
Responsible for the daily operation of the wine warehouse to ensure the balance of supply
and marketing.
Reduce the attrition rate as much as possible to get more profit.
Responsible for assisting guests in wine selection.
Think positively and strive to improve our service,in order to give our guests
a more perfect dining experience.
Develop new ideas to increase revenue,profitability and improve service quality.
Regularly train staff on beverage knowledge.
Perform such other reasonable duties as may be requested by superior from time to
time.
Job Requirements:
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Serious,Confident,Takes Initiative,Customer-oriented.
Interested in F&B.
Relevant work experience preferred.
English speaking is preferred.
