Assist in leading and directing wine and bar services.

Responsible for achieving revenue goals.
Responsible for creating and maintaining wine, beverage and cocktail lists for restaurants and bars.
Sourcing exceptional and exceptional wines from around the world.
Work with the purchasing department to obtain a license or product.
Monitor and maintain above.
Responsible for the daily operation of the bar and wine cellar, ensuring that wine and beverage coverage is maintained at all times.
Reduce waste and increase profits by strictly controlling and buying all beverages (hard and soft) regularly and frequently.
Minimize wastage and increase profits through tight control and stock taking all beverage items (hard and soft) on a regular and frequent basis.
Strictly control the physical cash flow in the bar area, ensure that all bar service staff and payment follow the correct procedures, and implement security measures to prevent misuse of goods and theft.
Provide customers with the highest standards of service based on the company's minimum standards,
