Co-operate with other captains to finish daily operation and fill-in daily check list.
The ability to be visible when outlet manager is off duty, could handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts etc.
Ensure the par stock of lobby lounge and the bar daily/weekly beverages, snack, fruit and others.
Assist manager to design annual promotion plan meanwhile provide constructive suggestions.
Assist manger to make whole year staff training plan.
