  • Brand events: Develop event strategy and in the execution of on-going marketing events in North Asia region, including but not limited to new product launch, wine maker visit, press conference, celebrity and new vintage release, etc. To ensure regional PR events Are executed with delivery against measurable ROI targets
  • Trade marketing events: Lead sales related events in China, including but not limited to trade dinner, chef programs, in store activities, ecommerce online broadcasting, dinner and trade shows, etc.
  • Customer events: Guide and coordinate with customers to conduct opening ceremony, product launch and co-branding events independent and effective, supervise and train up customers from a marketing/campaign expert's point of view
  • To manage external agencies and internal resources, as appropriate, ensuring appropriate efficiency, expertise and return-on-investment is delivered. Lead the coordination with various vendors, agencies, and third parties on various event management components, including but not limited to briefing, Execution, resources allocation, monitoring and quality control

Ideal job seeker

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective business communications.
  • Relevant university level, marketing or Communications qualifications.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' event experience in brand or PR team
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience working in a public relations/event agency or business environment.
  • A strong understanding, experience or personal interest in wine and consumer lifestyle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of discharging strategic and creative (brand or corporate) campaigns.
  • A creative, strategic and lateral thinker.
  • An ability to work and travel flexibly to accommodate market influences and events.
  • An ability to build, manage and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
