1. Customer Visit and follow up
客户拜访和跟踪
1.1 Confirm meeting appointment and prepare products sample
确定拜访时间和准备样品
1.2 Introduce products and service to end-user customers
与终端客户介绍产品和服务
1.3 Support sales contract implementation, negotiate discounts, payment terms
协助处理销售合同，销售折扣和销售付款等相关事宜
1.4 Use CRM system to manage customer information and tasks follow-up
使用CRM系统管理客户信息以及目标任务的跟踪
2. Customer Relationship Activities
客户关系
2.1 Coordinate with our technical support team to provide product presentation/tastings/trainings
与公司技术支持部门合作提供产品的展示/品尝/培训等工作
2.2 Invite and coordinate customer to participate in Company activities offered by MKT team
邀请和协调客户参加由市场部门举办的公司活动
3. Business Development
业务拓展
3.1 Develop new clients to enlarge our service territory and channels
发展新客户，拓展我们的服务范围和渠道
3.2 Involve in mapping upgrade and report customers’ news
市场及竞品信息收集及反馈
4. Daily Operation
日常工作
4.1 Attend weekly meeting and report back
每周参加周会，做好分析报告
4.2 Provide sales report and support forecasting process
提供销售支持，做好销售预测
4.3 Coordinate with internal departments to smoothly follow-up order to cash process
与内部部门协作保证后续订单到现金支付整个流程顺利进行
4.4 Collect and record market and competitors information for analysis
做好竞品的收集，分析报告；
Job Requirements:
任职要求：
1. University degree (Bachelor), major in Business, international trade, hospitality, culinary, wine & spirits, food processing, etc.
本科以上学历，商科，酒店，食品专业为佳
2. Above 3 years sales experience in Food & Beverage industry, familiar with hotel & restaurant, or bakery & pastry, or catering industries channels.
3年以上销售经验，进口食品/餐饮酒店/烘培渠道经验为佳；
3. Fluent in English
英语口语流利；
4. Customer Oriented; Sales skills master; Result driven, good listening and communication; team player; Self-motivated and aim high.
以客户为导向；良好的销售技巧；善于沟通和交流；以结果导向；有团队精神
