About the role
The Assistant Trade Marketing manage will assist line manager with the development, delivery, and execution of marketing initiatives in region/ channel. Activate go- to- market strategy and have clear picture of success for sales execution for activities such as promotion, and events.
- Assist line manager to develop, manage, execute, and evaluate trade activation programs, in order to drive continuous improvement
- Engage field sales team, trade partners and agencies to ensure well implementation and support from trade
- Support line manager in trade A&P management, including POSM/GWP as well as the systematic tracking on spending
- Be a key contributor in annual Trade A&P budgeting
- Brand/Product assets Sharing (bottle shot, tasting note, video, value chain, allocation, etc.)
- Actively participate in sales meetings with solid contributions from trade marketing perspective (promotion tracking and planning/Market insight/category insight sharing)
- Efficient communication and engagement with key stakeholders – Sales team, Marketing team, Finance team, and trade customers
About you
- Business Degree, with a marketing major preferred
- Ca. 5 years’ experience in FMCG brand or trade marketing function, sales experience will be beneficial
- Experience in managing $A&P budgets
- Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives
- Strong project management & planning skills
- A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary
- Experience in managing agencies
