Responsibilities:
- Direct management of sales (retail and wholesales), business & operations, trade marketing, forecasting, distributor and retail management
- Manages all sales channels including own physical stores and network of re-sellers
- P&L ownership down to net controllable margin.
- Plan, execute and monitor channel expansion
- Recruit and maintain an ecosystem of channel partners able to buy, sell and augment the visibility of products.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- Proven track record of driving growth in wine & spririt retail and HORECA channel
- Accredited Wine certificate required so as seasoned experience in the F&B and retail channels in China
- Mandarin speaking is a must, so as strong communication skills in English
