Senior Logistics Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Brief description of duties:

• Warehouse Management Warehousing Management Check and definite damage goods which need be write off & apply write off procedure; Check the warehouse, confirm the damaged product, and apply for cancellation and scrapping as required; Participate in regular stock count; Regularly carry out regular inventory Check stock availability quantity for sales; timely availability of inventory to provide inventory quantities when needed by the sales department;
• Delivery management, transportation delivery, distribution, daily delivery arrangement; Follow up delivery status, coordinate transportation company on any issues, including delivery time, broken, shortage and return goods. Follow the delivery status, found during the delivery process Various issues, responsible for the coordination of third-party transportation companies, including delivery time, product damage, missing goods, and returns. Follow up receipt sheet Follow up receipt, receipt form; Ship confirm in Oracle. Responsible for completing Ship Confirm in Oracle system; Filing signed delivery note Responsible for the distribution and filing of delivery receipts; Find out receipt note for sales and finance. And financial provision of receipt documents; Arrange wine circulate letter for customers. Arrange red wine product distribution letters for customers; 3. Reporting report type work Daily delivery report daily delivery report production; Daily manual order report daily order report production; Outstanding sales order report Complete the sales order report;

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of logistics operation experience, clinker operation logistics orders, familiar with transportation and distribution coordination and warehousing management, relevant food and beverage industry is preferred; third-party logistics and warehousing experience and knowledge; excellent communication and coordination skills,
• Good at collaborating with different departments and different partners; having a certain level of English to do things calmly and practically, working carefully
• familiar with the use of commonly used office software;
