The company has 2 plants in China with more than 200 employees, and they continue to grow. They are specialized in manufacturing labels for Beauty & Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Premium Confectionary and Wine & Spirits markets.
In this context of growth, they are currently looking for experienced, talented individuals who are interested in a career opportunity within a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibility
Based in Shanghai, under the supervision of the Site director, you will second him on the following missions (the list here below may be adapted depending on the skills of the person):
- Control, document and help in improving the collection process of customer specifications
- Translate customer requests into a documented and detailed process for each product, in order to make production more efficient and avoid quality issues
- Identify, define specific tools or equipments orders required for job performance
- Define, plan and control tests when required
- Set up and control a database archiving process instructions, making them available to site production employees
- Take active part in the product launching meetings
- Provide problem solving supports for issues linked to process, quality or equipments; analyze complex production issues; analyze and suggest solutions, corrective actions and/or preventive actions for frequent issues
- Track productivity and implement continuous improvement actions

Requirement
PROFILE
With an education background in industrial engineering, you have at least 2 years of experience in methods/production environment, preferably in the graphics industry
Fluent in English or French
Native mandarin speaker
