Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for financial supervision and inspection work, establish and improve the company's financial system.
2. Responsible for accounts payable, expense audit, accounts receivable management, assist business department to control the account receivable, regular cleaning current account, check balances, aging analysis. Responsible for the affiliated party reconciliation.
3. Responsible for the company's fixed assets of financial management, monthly plan carry depreciation of fixed assets correctly, regularly or irregularly organized cleaning and accounting work.
4. Monitor and audit the warehouse management, inventory of raw materials and finished goods inventory on a regular basis.
5. Be responsible for the provision for amortization expenses of the month, responsible for the company's tax calculation, declaration, pay.
6. Responsible for accounting supervision, according to the regulation, review the legality, rationality and authenticity of the original documents, timely and accurate to do a good job of monthly close.
7. Responsible for the preparation of monthly, annual accounting reports, cash report, annual final accounting statement, according to requirements.
8. To help carry out the annual financial audit and annual inspection, annual income tax payable or refundable amount, the foreign capital enterprise united yearly check, etc. Maintenance and coordinate with audit, banking, industry and commerce, taxation and other departments and institutions of good relations, the company's business interests.
9. Other office administration.
Qualifications:
- English is a must. Fluent, or at least basic good communication.
- Level 2 Accounting
- Multi-task, all functions of accounting work at administrator level, and general office administration.
- 5-7 working experience, manufacturing business background is prefered.
- Familiar with accounting software, Kingdee etc.
Work location: Qingpu, must be able to allocate to Qingpu.
Salary:90000/yr +Depending on qualifications.
