Job Description:
1. Business Partner to Shanghai sales team
1.1 Provide Division Head performance analysis including volume tracking, trade expense efficiency and meaningful insights into deviations from set targets
1.2 Conduct analysis to support operational decision making and improve profitability.
1.3 Build both volume and trade expense budget, trace & monitor monthly actual situation in order to control budget.
2. Project Management
2.1 Strategic investment decision support to the Sales team in assessment of new commercial project.
2.2 Central New Contract KPI project leader
3. Knowledge Transfer in finance/control
3.1 Design the Finance Training to sales team based on requirements
3.2 Deliver the training on regular basis
3.3 Listen to the feedback from sales team to optimize the content of the training regularly
4. Support Sales on key customers’ contracts reviews, signing and renewal and payment
5. Identify & recommend improvements on finance or operating policies and procedures to meet business needs.
Requirements:
1. At least 6+ years of finance and accounting experience (FMCG background with similar sales finance experience is preferred, MBA/Finance Certificate is preferred)
2. Excellent English skills compulsory (oral, presentation, report writing). Excellence in Computer skill.
3. Able to work in a fast pace, analytically focused organization with strong sense of responsibility.
4. Able to think independently and demonstrate the ability to perform analysis and present findings.
Good interpersonal skill and problem solving skill.
