Whom are we looking for?

• Major in English ,international trade or accounting is preferred;
• Very good oral and written communication skills, team spirit;
• Fluent English language, both written and spoken;
• Strong operating Computer skills (Photoshop, Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.);
• Good sense and responsibility of confidentiality;
• Honest personality, rigorous and well organized.

What’s your responsibilities?

• Maintain office spares, stationery, safety equipment;
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements hotel/flight booking as required;
• Responsible for daily document distribution, tracking, filing etc.;
• Draft minute of meetings in English and Chinese, translate documents;
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
