Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

1. Assist Senior Logistics Planning Manager to take charge of the inventory planning

• Conduct S&OP cycle to arrange the inventory planning (inventory transfer from CDC to RDC) for finish goods
• Deploy demand and supply replenishment planning logic for system calculation (Anaplan), release inventory transfer order and share with stake holders.
• Follow inventory transfer order with warehouse (CDC) for stock preparation and contact transportation carriers for shipping.  Monitor delivery process and ensure the on- time arrival at RDC level.
• Process inventory transfer order in JDE for accurate inventory movements
• Periodically review RDC inventory ending to optimize inventory healthy at a satisfied level.
• Follow special cases for RDC inventory matters based on business needs and COA
• Work out demand supply match and supply constrain for pre-alert at RDC level
• Interface with 3PL warehouse, demand team, supply team and CS, sales and Marketing team for planning and any delivery issues.

2. Liaise with cross functions on project management.

• Understand business requirement and operations process, manage project as PMO
• Follow the project status and liaise with core team members for update
• Update line manager in due time for the progress and address risk if any
• Initially drive the project and deliver on time
• Good communication manner and business orientated with positive influence on teams and peers.

3. Use Anaplan to arrange the inventory planning and operation transactions in JDE system.
