Job Responsibilities

• Can speak simple English has a certain professional bar experience.
• can read the foreman's drink order
• will make soft drinks, coffee, will take bottled wine and pour into the corresponding glass
• Learn about wine names and wine opening methods
• can formulate cocktails according to recipe
• Keep the utensils clean, often messy and keep them tidy
• In the morning and evening, prepare the drinks for the meal time to ensure enough reserves
• Whenever needed, every day, once a month, inventory check
• Know to use the right way to scrub glassware
• Perform duties according to the needs of the bartender
• Need to know where the wine and wine are stored
• Accept assignments and perform duties when there is a need to help anywhere in the restaurant
• Promote teamwork and get along with other members

Job description

• Speak basic English
• Can read a captain's order for drinks
• Can make soft drinks and coffee, get bottled drinks and know their glassware
• Know wine names and how to open
• Can Make cocktials following the receipe
• Keep the bar and utensils clean, and clear of clutter
• Prep mis en place to be used during shift
• Take daily and monthly inventory as needed
• Know proper way to wash and polish glassware
• Do as bartender request
• Be knowledge on where the wines and sprits are stored
• Perform other duties as required
• Maintain a good relationship with others and work as a team
