Your new role 

Create a unique beverage customer experience aligned to company’s core values.
Lead ship beverage personnel through a ‘change management philosophy’, collaboratively developing new and innovative beverage products and exceptional personalized service concepts.

What you'll need to succeed 

Bachelor Degree preference in Hospitality Management or Project Management.
Track record in understanding cultural sensitivities and developing products suitable for Chinese and Asian market.
Demonstrated experience in creating a ‘step-change’ environment and delivering real customer and company value within a multi-national organization.
Display high competency and knowledge in wine, spirits and cocktail preparation within multiple beverage outlets.
Possess excellent English written and spoken skills. Be an effective communicator, lead and positively motivate colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel and PPT.
Demonstrate clear accountability for results, be guest and service driven, must be open and adapt to a dynamic change environment.
