Position Title:

Financial assistant, office management

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's cashier's work, sort out the original original documents, complete the bookkeeping work, and other financial assistant related work.
• Administrative and personnel related work
• Responsible for order placement, tracking and book warehousing of the company's purchase orders
• Collect, classify and organize materials to ensure complete and orderly data
• Assist in completing other office work.

Qualifications:

• Education: 3 years junior college, undergraduate
• Work experience: 3 years or more.
• there are accounting employment certificates, junior accounting titles
• language: must be fluent in spoken English.
• skills: familiar with the operation of office software, have a certain language ability, flexible mind, high efficiency

operating hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 11 pm, weekend breaks.

THE POSITION:

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, maintains our Kingdee computerized accounting system.

All other general office duties.

We anticipate a staff of approximately 25 people for the first (2018) year of operation.

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

• Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of office experience, and be capable of making accurate entries into the Kingdee System.

EDUCATION:

• A minimum 3 year college diploma, or University Degree preferably with some computerized accounting focus.
• All candidates must have a minimum of the level 1 accounting certificate.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• A basic fluency in English is required.

LOCATION:

• Qingpu, Shanghai

SALARY:

• 100,000+ Yearly, based on qualifications.
