JOB MISSION:
This position will be fully responsible for brand success & sales target achievement related with brand positioning, marketing strategy, wine promotion and budget control, etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Regarding wineries
- Be responsible for the communication and follow up work with new world wineries. Including:
- Communicate with wineries under the leadership of Greater China Marketing Manager.
Confirm and implement winery visiting according to the Marketing Calendar.
- Take care of all the marketing reports to the related brands, give necessary information for Chinese marketing trends, brand positioning and marketing plans for coming seasons.
- Other tasks related.
2. Communication and Support to EMW Teams
- Fully in charge of all the marketing information from the wineries.
- Provide updated marketing information to Education team, Logistics team, to Sales team, to Finance team for related works.
- Prepare internal marketing reports for brand performance analysis, propose marketing plan for the coming season for each brand.
- Work together with Greater China Marketing Manager and EMW colleagues to plan and implement winery visiting, brand event etc.
- Provide necessary support to EMW team for brand event, wine fair, winery trips etc.
- Work with regional offices and other departments for related tasks.
- Work with marketing members as a whole team for some special tasks.
3. Other Tasks
- Study and research for targeted clients.
- Active in the market, catch up with the market trends.
- Communicate with media, VIP clients directly for brand event.
- Other tasks assigned by Greater China Marketing Manager.
REQUIRED KNOWKEDGE & SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor degree or above. Overseas education is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in marketing branding, wine industry would be perfect.
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and spoken), also good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environmenthighly motivated and organized individual.
