Job description:
- Restaurant and people management
- Drives key marketing and promotional strategies
- Practices effective expense control, inventory management, and waste/breakage reduction.
- Assist in developing effective plans, training and staff incentive programs
Job requirement:
- 5 years or above in hotel or restaurant operation experience, and management experience
- Exceptional understanding of hotel, F&B retail and strategic experience
- Self-motivation, aggressive interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
