Change Lead (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is to ensure the China Domestic Business Model implementation and other key initiatives (eg Global Business Services China) in Asia are successfully embedded with sustainable benefits realisation, by: 
• Taking holistic view of the change and transformation programs in the region and ensure sustainable delivery
• Coaching and supporting the accountable leaders
• Providing expert change capability to projects and programs in the region
• Designing and delivering strategies to embed change capability into the organization

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Leadership & Delivery
• Accountable for all decisions and delivery pertaining to change across the entire program
• Define and communicate the strategy and approach for functional area/process change & engagement
• Accountable for working with key leaders to drive functional readiness
• Manage, monitor and maintain all design decisions, change requests and impact assessments that impact change management / training
• Collaborate closely with the communications function to ensure the change and comms approach are fully aligned and integrated
• Create, manage, monitor and maintain SME’s key contacts, arrange discussion for input and validation
• Manage & resolve change, communication and training related risks & issues
• Effectively liaise and communicate with senior stakeholders within the supply, finance, sales and project communities to ensure alignment across functions on status, issues, risks and key decisions

Change Management
• Define the change management methodology and process for the program and support the program and leadership teams in navigating through it
• Ensure that all programs impacting the region are integrated and aligned to carefully manage the impact on the organisation
• Ensure all functional leaders are appropriately represented in key decisions that impact their area
• Accountable for change management activities, pre and post go live
• Develop a program wide change and training strategy & plan
• Ensure at all times the program is aware of key change gaps and resolution steps
• Work in partnership with Corporate Communications team on major communication milestones

What are the key decisions made in this role?
• Decisions pertaining to business delivery, change, communications & training across the entire program
• Decisions relating to changes in business processes across all impacted business functions
• Manage & resolving business function related risks & issues

What are the key challenges faced by this role in meeting goals/objectives?
• Effective stakeholder management (across all regions and levels of the organisation)
• Ensuring all ‘key’ stakeholders within the responsible function are aware and informed of ALL changes to process and organisation
• Ensuring business expectations of program deliverables, status and benefits realisation
• Effective and efficient training material preparation and delivery

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications/ Memberships: 
• Degree in a business related discipline
• Training in collaborative techniques, team building, dispute resolution and communication are highly desired
Experience, Competencies & Skills: 
• Experience for this role should include at least 10 years of managing complex relationships, incorporating at least two of the following dimensions:
o Global
o Major projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership and engagement skills
• Experience in building capability and teams
• Experience managing third party delivered services
• Proven experience in the management of key business projects and initiatives, as well as experience in managing vendor relationships
• Proven ability to maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that works well with clients, customers, co-workers and management
• Experience working with project frameworks
• Strong communicator, both technical and business
• Demonstrated capacity to understand complex issues and should be able to sustain communication on these topics with business- and technology-savvy individuals
• Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and sense of urgency
• Adaptability to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and managing business needs in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to deal efficiently with escalations & difficult situations/people under pressure
• Strong intellectual capacity, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively
• Excellent task management and organizational skills
• Requires the ability to travel throughout the project
