We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director North Asia & Country Manager Vietnam to join our team, managing sales business in North Asia region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic input/tactical decision making

  • Sales Strategy

  • Spend Maximisation

  • Operational Management

  • People Leadership

  • Communication

  • Customer Partnering

To be successful in this role you will have at least 7-10 years proven management experience in a commercial/sales function, with strong analytical, planning and project management skills. You will need the ability to organise, develop and lead a high-performing sales team. In addition you will also have cross-cultural management/leadership experience.
