Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Contracts Administration
Support and drive the contracts workflow on behalf of sales, from information collection and risk assessment to contract drafting and finalisation
o Covering all sales channels
o 50+ customers + flagship stores
· Ensure a clear and accurate record exists of contract status by customer (draft, review, issued)
· Ensure a clear and accurate record exists of contract details, particularly contractual volumes, territories and portfolio, and term
· Ensure any changes to TWE template contracts are highlighted through the review process
· Work with stakeholders (sales, legal, finance) to ensure an efficient and effective process
Dow Jones key contact
· Working with head office (procurement and IT teams), act as key point of contact with respect to the Dow Jones
· Execute, as required, the appropriate customer checks utilising the Dow Jones tool
· Where appropriate, ensure any flags raised through this customer checking process to the nominated reviewers
Customer planning and investment
· Support the sales team to create a forward view of customer promotional investments for internal review
· Coordinate with sales a view of customer performance against contract targets and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Other duties
· Other duties from time to time as required by management
What are the key decisions made in this role?
· Developing and facilitating processes around customer contracts that are efficient, while also providing appropriate levels of review and control
Efficient customer contracts management approach, ensuring timely follow up of draft contracts
· Monitor and inform the business on progress made through the year by customers against their contracts
· Ensuring a practical and efficient approach with the other business functions with regards to customer contracts
· Optimising the way the China team utilise and rely on the Dow Jones platform
· Helping assess whether customer performance is on track with targets

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications/ Memberships:
· Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
Experience, Competencies & Skills:
· Strong process management skills
· Attention to detail and ability to identify issues quickly
· Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
· Strong communication and influencing skills
· Ability to understand, embrace and capitalise on change
· Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload
