Customer Service - Leading Wine (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Our client is one of the ten big wine giants in the world, dedicating themselves to become the world's most celebrated wine company. Our client owns nearly 100 wine brands. From grape growing to grape sourcing, from winemaking to brand-led marketing, they are The vertically integrated business with in total more than 3000 employees covering more than 70 countries around the world.

Responsible for the customer service in the supply chain department, you will in a team of 7-8 people, reporting directly to the manager. You job description will mainly cover the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the customer service process, ensure the quality of the service
• Handle customer complain case, solving case in time;
• Research on the customer needs and work out the best solution to improve the customer satisfaction;
• Track product process line based on customer orders
• Manager admin work in the customer service department

A candidate with in depth experience as customer service management would be well positioned for this role. Ideally you shall have a background in logistics and wine industry though this is not a must.

• Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin, presentable personality will be necessary
• Advanced experience as administrator/secretary. Working experience in the management office of a MNC is a plus.
• Strength in stakeholder engagement - strong interpersonal skills, excellent communications and manner with internal and external customers at all levels
