Job Responsibilities:   

• To be very familiarize with all company products and its categorized pricing structure prior to approach customers
• Capable to utilize company's competitive advantage (collective resources and
• Market positioning) in doing business in partial markets
• Skillful play of corporate competitive advantage
• Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts to maintain and develop further business partnership
• Use the necessary sales skills and product knowledge to reach the monthly sales target determined by the sales manager and directly
• Customer is responsible
• Expanding Direct Sales database, expecting increase 15% of total SH Direct Sales
• Accounts.
• Sourcing out SH Direct Sales customers from below channels:
• Can find new customers from the following channels:

1. Local companies
2. Individuals
3. Event
4. Sending out promotions to database
5. Banks / international groups

• Focus on maintaining a good relationship with the Consulate Chamber of Commerce, while developing new local government customers.
• Conduct Direct Sales wine tasting according to customers request.
• Organize tastings according to customer needs
• Be capable to propose promotion plan regarding to understanding of Direct Sales Market;
• Track payment status monthly, reaching 90% of monthly payment
• Improve wine knowledge and provide direct wine customers with basic wine knowledge training

Job Requirements: Requirements  

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Two years of work experience in related fields is preferred.
• A good customer base is preferred.
• Energetic and motivated, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
• Extrovert, easy to get along with, and teamwork.
• Good English listening and speaking skills and wine expertise.
