Job Description:
Objective, General Mission

He / She is responsible for Auchan wines sales, and margin, for web sites and Market places. (TMALL / JD / FEINIU)
He / She also manage the range / assortment and ensure the On Line distance availability.
He / She built and manage the meeting according to marketing plan
He / She contributes to the permanent improvement of the web site functionalities and design
Based a strong knowledge of the category, he will be responsible of the business development of the category
He has to bring his experience to grow the traffic on TMall> 100 Orders / day.
He manage the Online team (buyer / procurement / category management / market places)

Commerce:

- of Ensure the To at The SP Policy with Auchan Hypermarkets
- the To attend and Organize O2O Events, in Business Card with eBusiness O2O Team
- the To Propose Content for social Networks and News Letter
- the To the Follow Traffic ON at The Web sites, and Promotion elasticity, and Makes needed adjustments.

Range / assortment:
- To avoid OOS thanks to the replenishment follow up
o targeting optimization: Bad stock, low efficiency items, new items ...
Customer service / IT
- To support
customer service team o To give clear answer to customer information request
- To propose web site / m.mobile improvement
o To Identify the bugs, and report to IT coordinator
o To propose new functionalities
o To improve customer experience
Management:

Qualifications
Skill:
- Good preference Experience in Managing ON Line Sales
- Strong commercial sense
- Good communication and non-hierarchical working spirit
- Well organized.
- Strong computers skills (Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint)
- Wine market knowledge is a plus
Experience:
- 2/3 years in e commerce, Market places or Websites
- 2/3 years in Team management
- Web site design experience
- E marketing
- Wine salesman, or wine buyer
Qualifications:
- bachelor business school, marketing
- WSET 1-2 will consider as a plus
- Google analytic basic knowledge
