Key Account Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

The Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, China East, the Key Account Manager (KAM) for China East will be responsible for all activities of FIJI Water & Wine Brand from planning to executing distribution growth in China East. This person will work with the senior leaders of FIJI Water to carefully analyze then choose the option that maximizes long term volume and profits for the company.

Access new and develop key accounts in the SPECIAL (70%) & Retail channel (30%):

  • FMCG industry
  • School, Airline, Hospital, Fitness etc
  • Convenient Stores (Lawson, 7Eleven, etc.)
  • Wine Stores
  • Natural Food Channel
  • Food and Drug Stores
  • Other Nationwide Retail Chains
  • Internet B2b/B2C
  • Premium Product Catalog Sales
  • Plan and Execute In Store Retail Promotional Programs
  • Plan and Approach special channel clients, enlarge business scope in special channel development
  • Build Effective Relationship With Retail Buyers
  • Work with, Develop, Train, Manage Wholesalers
  • Work closely with other RSMs in China territories to execute promotional programs across China
  • Lead & Execute Effective Merchandising
  • Sales Budgeting, Forecasting and Execution
  • Develop and Implement Innovative Solutions & Sales Programs
  • Obtain and Leverage Market Intelligence
  • Participate in Marketing and Events activities as needed
  • Weekly Sales Update to Regional Sales Manager, China East
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as necessary

  • Tertiary education & relevant qualifications
  • Over 3 years working experience
  • Preferred Industry: Fast Moving Consumer Goods, F&B
  • Knowledge of Internet & Mobile Sales an added advantage

  • Effectively bilingual English & Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking skills)
